I found engineering by learning and improving the skills I found most interesting, and pursuing them as far as I can. I was introduced to it with a high school robotics class where I learned programming and design, and I pursed it to Northeastern for Mechanical Engineering. I have loved the opportunity to learn about all kinds of new tools and technologies, both in the classroom and in the field through co-ops.
At Northeastern I am a part of clubs for rocketry and drone design, and keeping myself busy with hobby projects which push me to learn new skills across multiple disciplines. Outside of engineering, I also enjoy learning ukulele and playing horror games.
My favorite thing about these projects is being apply to new things I've learned between professional, academic and hobby projects to improve the others.
